Terms of Service for Sora3

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Sora3 at https://sora-3.io. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the platform. By using Sora3, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the service.

2. Service Description

Sora3 provides AI-powered media creation tools, with an emphasis on video workflows such as text-to-video, image-to-video, and related generation and editing capabilities.

Model availability, output style, speed, duration options, and other features may be added, modified, or discontinued over time. Sora3 may depend on third-party model and infrastructure providers to deliver services.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by law where you live.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity occurring under your account.
• Registration and billing details you provide must be accurate and current.
• You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Plans, Credits, Billing, and Renewal

Sora3 may offer recurring plans and one-time credit purchases.

• Pricing, credit rates, and plan features may change with notice.
• Subscription services may renew automatically unless canceled in advance.
• You authorize Sora3 and its payment processors to collect applicable charges, taxes, and related fees.
• Credits are licensed for use on the service, are non-transferable, are not currency, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
• If credits are shown with an expiration date, that date controls.
• Except where law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

5. User Content and Responsibility

"User Content" includes prompts, uploads, source files, and other materials you submit to the service.

• You represent that you have all permissions and rights required to submit User Content and request AI processing.
• You remain responsible for your User Content and for any use of generated results.
• You grant Sora3 a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, reproduce, transform, and transmit User Content solely to provide, protect, maintain, and improve the service.

6. Generated Output and AI-Specific Terms

• Subject to applicable law and third-party terms, you generally retain rights in outputs you generate.
• AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, biased, inappropriate, or similar to content produced for other users.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing or commercial use, including compliance with copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and advertising laws.
• Sora3 does not warrant that generated output is free from third-party rights claims.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use Sora3 to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe intellectual property rights or rights of privacy, publicity, or other protected interests.
• Create or distribute unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful material.
• Produce non-consensual sexual content, child sexual content, or exploitative deepfake content.
• Circumvent rate limits, safety mechanisms, moderation rules, or security controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, probe, disrupt, or interfere with the service.
• Use automated behavior that degrades platform stability or avoids proper billing.

To enforce these Terms and protect users, we may monitor activity, investigate abuse, reject requests, remove content, or suspend access.

8. Third-Party Services

Sora3 uses third-party services (including payment processors and AI/model providers). Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Intellectual Property of Sora3

Sora3, including its software, branding, interface design, trademarks, and related materials, is owned by Sora3 or its licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably determine that you violated these Terms, created legal exposure, or threatened platform security or integrity.

You may stop using the service at any time. Any obligations incurred before termination remain enforceable, including payment obligations.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sora3 is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or uninterrupted performance.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sora3 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, total liability of Sora3 for claims arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Sora3 in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sora3 and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Sora3 operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the jurisdiction where the Sora3 operating entity is established, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted. Continued use of Sora3 after publication means you accept the revised version.
